We collect your information via our website, information provided to our consultants, data in the public domain or via our affiliates. Your information including your name, company name and address, telephone numbers and email address is collected by us and processed at our offices to fulfil our legal and business obligations.

• Matching your company's requirements with candidates/ consultants on our database;
• Forwarding details of candidates/ consultants we think may be of interest to your company;
• Necessary processing during a contract assignment;
• Keeping you and your company informed of goods and services offered by us, our group companies or our business partners;
• To keep you informed of the
products and services we offer via relevant marketing communications. These could include information about recently registered candidates/consultants, client workshops we are arranging or market updates;
• To manage and defend legal claims and actions as well as to comply with requests for disclosure of specific information when required by law;
• To third parties in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.

We will only collect, process and disclose sensitive personal information in order to comply with legal obligations or if there is a compelling business reasons to do so, or with your consent.
