Real Staffing Group is a leading international recruitment company providing recruitment services tailored to each of our clients needs. Our Public Sector Temporary / Contracts team specialises is placing candidates on short term contracts.

Our approach
Real Staffing has an extensive network and database of high calibre, experienced temporary / contract candidates who have a proven record within Public Sector organisations. We place in excess of 150 temporary / contract candidates into Public Sector candidates each year.

Candidates are placed on a short term contract for a stipulated period of time, which is agreed between Real Staffing Public Sector and the Public Sector Organisation. The contractor is paid only for the hours worked or the work delivered, and either party can terminate the contract by giving notice.

How we work
The Public Sector Temporary / Contract team works in partnership with your organisation to provide a solution that is tailored to your needs.

  • Your assigned consultant, who is an expert in the area in which you wish to recruit, will have an in-depth discussion with you to discuss your requirements
  • Agreement on spec and timelines on the process: shortlist, interviews, placement will be made
  • Your consultant will start the search and selection process via our extensive database and networks. A shortlist of candidates, fully qualified and referenced, will be sent to you.
  • An onsite meeting to discuss CV feedback will take place at your earliest convenience. This meeting helps the consultant understand your organisation and location to ensure a cultural fit between you, your company and the candidate
  • Relevant candidates from the shortlist will be processed for interview
  • The interview process, managed by your assigned consultant, takes place
  • A contract will be processed for successful contractor hires
  • Post-placement review will be conducted within the first month of employment

Our service is a completely free and non-obligatory to all of our Public Sector clients. Following the appointment of a successful candidate a contract will be issued. The client is then only charged a fee for the work completed by the candidate via an approved timesheet.
