Medical Marketing Manager, Neutraceuticals – Up to £80K

We are now working solely with a leading Nutritional company in developing and expanding a new team within the Business. In this newly created role you will be responsible for leading a team and business worth over £300million and carving a dual niche for consumer patients and Healthcare Professionals.

Key Target Areas:

1. Develop and execute the brand proposition that is relevant to HCPs, differentiated from competitors and will allow us to grow both our market share and grow the category
2. Lead our specials category aligning consumer, medical affairs, medical sales and retail strategies
3. Develop, launch and support NPD
4. Develop and execute excellent medical communication that grow our brands
5. Play an active leadership role in the wider leadership team and across the whole business.

Management, this will be leading a team of Medical Senior Brand Managers and Medical Brand Managers

Skills and Expereince

High level of experience in medical marketing (either a combination of Pharmaceutical, FMCG and OTC)
Good Communication skills
In Intuitive consumer, HCP and shopper empathy and understanding
Strong commercial skills and how to improve effectiveness in the business.
Branding, innovation, strategy, communications, P&L and management
